One of the oldest Italian restaurants in Vista, CA. Owner, Fred Mozzani, grew up working for the DePhilippis at Fillipi's Pizza Grotto in San Diego . While working at Fillipi's, Fred met his wife Lynn and decided to start his own business. The DePhilippis shared their recipes, menu and blessings. Since 1986 Mama ‘n Papa’s has been family owned, with three generations now managing daily operations.
